Memory Keeping Monday: MyPublisher Mini Book Review

Monday, June 9, 2014

Over the next few weeks I'm going to share some ways that I've been getting pictures off my memory card and computer.  Having long been a scrapbooker, the days of spending time paper crafting are long gone, but the desire to document, share and be creative are still very present in my life.

I heard about MyPublisher several years ago on another blog.  I started using their services shortly after the little guy was born to create mini books.  Their mini books make the perfect brag books and are small enough to fit in a purse or pocket at 3.5" x 2.75".  They make perfect Grandparent Christmas gifts and Father's Day gifts, and just about every other gift occasion too.  Generally I'm able to find a pretty good deal on them by doing a few searches for promo codes (especially around holidays), and order several copies of the latest book for everyone in the family.

I keep the stack of mini photo books that I've made on my desk at work, and at only 20 pages each (with one photo a page), they make for something great to keep hands busy when people stop by to chat.

The only thing I wish was different (or an upgrade option) was to create a customized back cover.  Right now they are branded with the My Publisher link and I wish there was an option to include one more photo.

I didn't receive any compensation for this post, simply sharing some of my favorite ways to preserve photos.
